  • David Freeman will be speaking about The future of energy and the big utilities in California at the Stevenson Event Center, Stevensen College, UCSC on Friday October 17th at 7pm. Guests can park in any of the remote lots for free after 5:30pm.
  • Naomi Klein, author of Shock Doctrine: The Rise of Disaster Capitalism, will speak on Friday October 17th at the Rio Theater.
  • An evening with the Santa Cruz Roller Girls will take place at the Rio Theatre on Saturday, October 18th at 7:30pm.
  • Worn out West and Eli Salzman will be playing at the Santa Cruz Yoga Center on October 18th at 8pm.
