Scott, Alec, and guest Kelly are in the studio today with Timothy joining remotely.  Timothy interviews Santa Cruz Vice Mayor Cynthia Mathews about the 911 tax issue.  Scott brings us another song of the week, this time from Suprise Me Mr. Davis.

Alec starts the news with some information about new breed of unlikely junkies on the street, continues with the FISA amendments act, and ends up recognizing the excellence in some true patriots.
